Turning AI Capability into Business Outcomes.
AI Shield bridges the gap between AI ambition and enterprise execution by helping organizations identify where workflows, operations, ownership, and decision-making begin breaking down—then designing the right path forward.
Who We Are
AI Shield is a business-first transformation company helping organizations navigate what happens after AI begins changing how work gets done.
We are not defined by a single technology or predetermined solution. We identify where workflows, ownership, decisions, and execution begin breaking down, then bring together the right operational, enterprise, AI, automation, and technical capabilities to address the problem—one critical workflow at a time.
I'm the founder of AI Shield.
My background spans military leadership and entrepreneurship—two environments where coordination, accountability, and decision-making directly shape outcomes. As AI began entering business workflows, I recognized a familiar operational pattern: new capability was moving faster than the structures responsible for governing, coordinating, and executing around it.
Organizations were being told to implement AI, but far less attention was being paid to what happens after AI begins changing how work moves, how decisions are made, and where accountability sits.
That is why I built AI Shield: to help organizations understand where friction emerges, redesign what needs to change, and connect the right strategic and technical capabilities to measurable business outcomes.

We Don't Start With AI. We Start With the Problem.
AI does not create operational clarity. It amplifies the conditions already present.
Where workflows are clear, ownership is defined, and execution is coordinated, AI can become a force multiplier. Where operations are fragmented, AI can accelerate the friction.
That is why our work starts with the business problem—not the technology.
One critical workflow at a time.
