Meet the founder
I am the Founder and Chief Vision Architect of AI Shield Insurance and the creator of Empowerment OS. My background spans military leadership, real-world operations, and building companies during one of the fastest technological shifts in history. Along the way I saw the same pattern repeating. Organizations were not struggling because of a lack of tools. They were struggling because of a lack of clarity. Leaders were under pressure to “do something with AI,” but without a clear system for how decisions should move, how teams should align, and how execution should scale.
So pilots start. Pilots stall. And nothing durable changes. AI Shield Insurance was built to change that. I work directly with CEOs, founders, and executive teams to strengthen the intelligence layer that makes AI worth scaling.
